Outstanding service from Vanessa C.A.! I recently needed a windshield replacement at Safelite AutoGlass in Corpus Christi. Because ADAS camera recalibration requires specialized equipment that isn’t portable, mobile service wasn’t an option, and I had to come into the shop. Proper ADAS camera calibration is critical for safety systems to function correctly, so this step couldn’t be skipped. Vehicles that need static calibration use specialized target boards mounted on a fixture in a controlled environment, which is why the work has to be done in the shop. When scheduling, providing your VIN lets Safelite determine exactly what’s required and whether mobile service is possible for your vehicle. On the first attempt, the windshield arrived with a quality-control issue from Safelite’s EE supplier—the rearview mirror and ADAS compartment bracket had been improperly glued—so the install couldn’t be completed, and I had to return another day. I've seen nothing but bad reviews on the SafeLite website about the service in Corpus Christi but my experience was amazing. My technician, Ivan, was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He was quick, knew exactly what to do, and was very kind. I had my windshield replaced at my house (which is very convenient by the way) and Ivan was very respectful of my property. I was very skeptical of this service but when I went to go check on how he was doing and if he needed a drink or a snack or anything he was wiping my dashboard spotless lol. For anyone who is having doubts about this service just ask for Ivan if possible. My windshield was literally perfect it was flush and had no gaps, no scratches, no digs, sealed perfectly all around and he even made sure to clean it as thoroughly as possible. Great dude 10/10 would recommend.

I was in San Antonio with my family and stayed at a Holiday Inn express by Six Flags off IH 10. Someone knocked out my driver side passenger window and tried to steal something from my truck. I called Safelite and the sales Rep was very knowledgeable and walked through every step of the process. She explained windows were not kept in stock and it would be the next day to get it repaired. She made me an appt in San Antonio but I was traveling and she changed my appointment to a shop in Port Aransas since we would be there the next day. She did advise me the shop in San Antonio would put a crash wrap on my window for free since my appt was the next day. I went to the shop in San Antonio ( I can’t remember the address) but they were very professional and got me in and out in about 20 minutes. My appt was for 11am the next day in Port Aransas. I decided to go a little early (8:30am) to see if they could get me in early since we were on vacation. I walked in at 8:45am, rep told me it would be 1 1/2 to 2 hours to install. We left and went to a store. Came back at 9:25am to wait for the truck. John came out at 9:30am and said it was finished whenever I was ready to pay and leave. Safelite

Safelite did a fantastic job, very prompt and professional. Came out to my home to do the job and started as scheduled. They worked with my insurance and it was all hassle free. Our installation rep was professional friendly and kept me updated. I highly recommend this company.

Fantastic company and very friendly, professional installers. I was impressed with the several followup calls I received from installers leading to my appointment. The two employees that arrived to install the windshield at my home were kind and professional. I noticed they took their time and carefully performed their work. Thanks again and God bless.
